"Like" system coming to Vanilla 2?

Ive seen discussion of this in the past. Is this still something that will be implemented?

Seems to be possible to do with an addon pretty easy. Relatively, I'm not used to Vanilla's DB framework.

I could've sworn there was a "post vote" plugin or somesuch bundled in an earlier revision that essentially did this. Maybe it got removed because it broke or something.
