Vanilla 2 Export?

I caught the Vanilla export utility here: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/porter-core and was wondering if there was a version that supported the latest forum software in teh works. (I'll try my hand at upgrading this utility but can't promise much)

    It's version-Independent. It's not really even a plugin, per say. It's just a PHP script to dump your old forum to a standard format.

    Good to know. Thank you. (ideally I should really try it out before asking since that's the smart thing to do. I have a case of the "ask before he googles" syndrome lately. my apologies).

    Would be great if could export from Vanilla2.x to Vanilla1.x (downgrade) because I'm not happy with vanilla2, is still a litle beta and there are many functions that were great in vanilla1, and will not implemented yet in 2.0.17
