Just a Google bomb. I believe they're not difficult to achieve for unlikely search terms like that.
Actually, the evidence suggest it isn't a google bomb. If it was you would expect to find evidence of the campaign.
But when you you type that page into opensiteexporer there aren't ranking for anything like "english person".
There isn't anything other than reporting on the subject after the fact.
Anyone who pretends to understand Google's algorithms is lying to you.
Here is a Google employee calling it a bad ranking.

You don't have to understand the algorithm to know, that if someone outside did this it would leave a trail.
