[request] Poll permissions fix

Could anybody separate the permission to add a poll from the other permissions, or better yet, make it so people can only manage their own polls?
I tried the former, but I know very little about vanilla permissions, so my attempt fell flat...
This would be awesome if someone could do this, thanks in advance

You haven't said what plugin this relates to!
The plugin I am referring to is http://vanillaforums.org/addon/poll-plugin

I would use kpoll, but unfortunately, it is a global poll, rather than a poll for each thread...
