Sorry to bother you again, but the tool bar that has all the BOLD, text height colors etc on it as disappeared, it was working fine before with this theme but yeah no anymore and I have a file upload app and it seems that's not working either.
I have added the Button Bar plugin but its not what we had, we could easily change colour of the text and a few other things. is there a plugin for that?

Looks to me none of the Jolie .jpg's are loaded in
Check path in custom.css

I have disabled minify, the backgrounds are working but the logo is over everything again.

Start again with your custom theme. Disable minify plugin.
In cache folder delete all .ini files.
