Regular users logged in using twitter can change usernames freely without admin help

hi I've discovered a bug, a user that changes his/her own username in twitter ,and logs in back in vanilla actually changes the username of the user. Can this one be avoided?

What steps can reproduce the bug reliably?

yep @Lincoln. is there a fix for this ? im kinda new to github i'll be posting more bugs there since im now running 2.1
Nope, if it's open, that means the fix isn't in yet.
