have some accounts, only post URLs in Activity area. i think it is some kind of vanilla spam bot. how can i stop this. you can see it www.geek.lk/activity

The best way to stop them from posting there right now is to prevent them from registering in the first place with plugins such as BotStop, Registration Restrict Logger, Akismet, StopForumSpam, and so on.
Add Pages to Vanilla with the Basic Pages app
It might also be manual spam. Best advice, don't make profile public visible, and if you are like me I'd disable activity, it is mostly useless rubbish anyway.
