    Straightforward, as written on the plugin Page:

    This addon is a plugin. You need to extract it to your /plugins folder to install it.

    I did but I see nothing in the dashboard that is why I ask.

    There should be a link called 'Custom Pages' in the site settings sidebar in the dashboard when custom pages is enabled.
