I got all excited about 2.1 so I quick coded up 2 addons that are perfect mirrors tonight:
Bump and No Bump
The first lets mods bump without commenting. The second lets mods comment without bumping.
Boop!
If you want a Bump with finer permissions or 2.0 compatibility, peregrine has one. My take is dead-simple and just for moderators & 2.1.
