Few Bugs encountered on v 2.1rc1

hi @x00 i love this plugin and decided to use this on my future projects, it would be awesome if it fully works on latest RC build here are few bugs i encountered;
by default i have everything turned off "combined assets" vanilla feature and enabled the consolidate plugin.
I'm using vanillabootstrap 3.1., on NGINX, i have cleared the cache to avoid other issues i cant seem to have a dropdown:

when i try clicking on "Save" i get this error:
Would be very happy for any help

Please don't use any beta or release candidate versions any longer.
I can see one potential issue
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.2/jquery.min.js
is loaded bellow global.js which needs jquery.
I have ensured that cdn file are loaded first. Can you try this version? (clear again)
