How can i include thread body in Notification mails ?

I want to get discussion/comment body along with notification mail, how can I configure my vanilla to get this kind of mails

What version number of Vanilla are you running?
In 2.1, you can show the body of discussions and comments using the configuration items
Vanilla.Activity.ShowDiscussionBodyandVanilla.Activity.ShowCommentBodyrespectively. E.g. to show the discussion body in notifications while keeping the comment body hidden, add the following to your/conf/config.phpfile:Search first

thanks @hgtonight its working now but on Popup notifiation HTML codes too coming , again id there any option to configure incoming mails to threds, like for each thread there will be a unique email and when replying it will get posted to respective threads
Post by mail is not available on the OS version of Vanilla.
It can be done, but there are no out of the box solutions available at this time as it requires significant resources and set up to create and maintain.
You could set something up using the alpha API application by @kasper and something like https://postmarkapp.com/inbound to parse email. I do not suggest this unless you know what you are doing..

Attempted this very fix, and didn't get the desired result. Could there be any sort of older/other conflict preventing it from taking effect?

Even after disabled debugger I am getting debugg info site wide how to stop the same . and I tried to enable awards plugin. It didn't enable but some notifications coming like the one for our forum notifications. How can I check and force disable a plugin
To disable a plugin you need to go inside the config.php file and change TRUE to FALSE for the ones you want to disable.
