a sentence sometimes translated & sometimes not

these are same sentence, i notice that mostly the sentence appears in untranslated form.
(and sometimes translated)

sentences:

$Definition['Activity.ConversationMessage.FullHeadline'] = '%1$s size bir %8$s gönderdi.';
$Definition['Activity.ConversationMessage.ProfileHeadline'] = '%1$s size bir %8$s gönderdi.';

What Should İ do, any advice ?

    you left this translation out.

    $Definition['HeadlineFormat.ConversationMessage'] = '{ActivityUserID,User} Bunun için tercüme bir Ameircan yardımcı size bir a <a href="{Url,html}">message</a>';

    if I remember correctly about what you said about forum member preferences.
