If you are referring to anything that was committed on github, you will have to gnab the commits yourself.
Or just wait for another release.

I also cannot see any social sharing buttons when I activate the bootstrap theme. I am using vanilla 2.1 and the latest release of bootstrap theme 2.3.2. Is there anything I can do to make them show up.
When I activate Bittersweet, the behavior is normal or any other theme.
