  If not, you could...

  1. use the API to get the data in json format http://vanillaforums.org/discussions.json
  2. use the RSS feed. For this forum it would be http://vanillaforums.org/discussions/feed.rss (there are numerous services and php libraries that let you extract the data to embed it)

  I would:

  1. Install LatestPostList on your Vanilla install
  2. Request the module via AJAX http://forums.example.com/module/latestpostlistmodule
  3. Style as needed.
