Insightful, awesome, lol in footer?

Hi all. In the footer of each comment I see the small icons 'insightful', 'awesome'... 'LOL'... popping up as soon I hover with the mouse over it. Please someone can tell me which plugin this is?

It's Reactions, which isn't open source (yet). Check out Yaga for something similar in the meantime.
