Member Being Targeted

Hey peeps, over at my forum (forums.deepworldgame.com) a member has been targeted and bullies by a number of players for over two years. I don't know how to ban the abusive children and would like to help. I just hate it that people are targeting the moderator of the forum and both of us can't do anything about it.

Go in to Dashboard - Users.
Search for the relevant users and change their status to Banned.
Just want to chime in, you should be able to see an option to Ban a user from their profile action menu.
