Right now me and my friend is making a app for my website and the point of this app to only show the discussions like this http://prntscr.com/71a4py but in a guest point of view dose anyone know the page or any type of code that only shows only this part of the website for now we are trying make the app for android only. And when I say page I'm asking if their a page in Vanilla forums I don't know about that look like this http://prntscr.com/71a4py

Hmm, i don't really get what you mean but take a look at Tapatalk Forum Owners. They provide an app for Vanilla for iOS and Android... though support is not really good, the price for both is about 30-50$ a month.
What I'm trying to do is find a way to only see this part http://prntscr.com/71a4py for the app we are making the point of the app is to only show the lasted post and that's it no login or the other things on top just a list that auto update with the lasted post what I was trying ask is dose anyone know part of code or any type of link that only show the new posts. I think posting your website address once a thread should be enough.
If you imagine it is going to do much good with Google ranking, I'd think again.
There is already such an app - it's called a feed reader.
There are various RSS readers for Android and iOS and most of them probably have configurable update intervals, e.g. 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour...
Just add yoursite.com/discussions/feed.rss as a feed.

Yes like that but with all the discussions looking like the phone theme the point of the app is just to show the discussions so what we are trying to do in a phone theme point of view is only the discussions but don't allow the person using the app to not click the full site are the sign in button I would change the theme but I still wont people that would like to post stuff etc to be ably to do it on the phone site but for the app we just wont it be so people can see the discussions we post.
The view gives you the markup.
You have to supply your own styling.
