Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the icon issue, looks like that particular app just doesn't support Font Awesome.
This is an awesome looking theme! @jspautsch, I've sent you an email regarding some styling issues I've found and compatibility suggestions for the Yaga application by @hgtonight, and the Basic Pages and Articles applications.
