Disable posting links and numbers in comment section

How can I do this? I need to disable links and NUMBERS too in the comments section to prevent people from spamming.
Tried searching for it in community but couldn't find anything similar to this.

You would have to write a plugin that replaces 0-9 with either an empty string, "X" or whatever.
But that won't prevent spammers from using
"We are the best pizza service in town: call us under one-two-three-P-I-Z-Z-A"
@hgtonight Users shouldn't be able to comment numbers or links.
There are many accounts seems like bots that comment links and numbers in my forum daily

Perhaps you should focus your efforts on getting rid of the current bots/spammers, and prevent them from joining or commenting in future?
There was a plugin specifically for this made by @peregrine. Maybe he may be willing to share it.
