Interferes with Quote on 2.2 with Bootstrap

Nice plugin but after activating I noticed it interferes with the Quote function: the cursor is placed inside the quoted block, disable ScrollToTop and the cursor is placed outside the quoted block again.

No. But that one disappears behind the footer on Bootstrap.
That is generally just a CSS fix.

You need to ad a z-index:9999; to the css of that link so it is always on top.
