Looking for a Monetization expert

Hi, we have an established, large and well-trafficked lifestyle themed forum. However, we lack the proper resources (expertise, time, and manpower) to manage ads. Once we had a combination of ads which yielded about $100-$150 a month, and that is just scratching the surface - however, it broke and no-one could fix it. We are looking for a monetization manager, who we are offering 20% of the ad revenue. Time required would probably be a few hours a week.
