I have also been unable to get the plugin to work as the settings page 404s.
Yes, the link in the plugin is faulty. Try
yourforum.com/plugin/steamsigninYou should change line 100 from
public function PluginController_SteamSignIn_Create($Sender)to
public function PluginController_GalexSteamSignIn_Create($Sender)Afterwards the settings button should work.
