All users disappeared in "manage users" admin area?
I just upgraded to 2.3.1 and no users are showing on the page.
Looks like they're all technically still in the system, but the page is blank:

... but if I search for a name, that one person will show up on the page, just not everyone shows by default.
Is there some switch I need to flip in order to see all users on this page? Any help? Thank you!

Users do not display by default in 2.3 because it can slow down your site considerably to paginate thru all your users at the same time once you hit a certain scale. We chose 10,000 users as the point at which it no longer makes sense to paginate thru all users at the same time.
Yeah, I basically just needed to be able to see the latest users, so when the list was empty, it threw me for a loop! Is there a way to just show the first few hundred users? It seemed to me when I dug in that it was either or (empty or all)? Thanks for your help!
