Log/Moderation screen not opening for Administrator
I am logged in as Administrator but still when I try to open "Community Management" section from dashboard i.e log/moderation url then it is giving me this error i.e
even opening of "dashboard/role" giving error.
Kindly help us here.

Seeing the sql that failed is quite helpful. But in this case I would assume that the setup/upgrade process failed in some aspects. Follow the process under dev.nykaanetwork.com/utility/structure and retry.

I have successfully completed the DB upgrade process but still no luck.
Can you show the sql which is causing the error?
If it is showing the Permission table, you should check if there is a column "Conversations.Moderation.Manage"
