In all honestly you need to learn to create android apps first.

Without knowing how to program first, it is wishful thinking to be able to create apps.
grep is your friend.
You might be interested in Tapatalk. You can even have a customized apk made through: http://www.tapatalk.com/build.php
That said, I personally hate forum apps. I would suggest getting a mobile theme from @phreak. His themes look great!
