well i was not able to get a final release on github lincoln, but i was probably not geek enough to find the hidden download area for internet pro's -.-
anyway mark answered already (more or less) ... there is no deadline for a final and according to that i guess no final anytime soon.
other than that i've found the link to github link way before i started this post in the documentation, but well ... beta ... unstable error prone and such ... ya know

It's not "a final release" though it's just the lastest version of the beta. Use on production at your own peril.
