discussion subscription

Am looking around, but am I missing something? Are discussion / category subscriptions not a part of the garden core? I am getting no email notifications of replies.

    Bookmarks are what you're looking for. I've seen email notifications in some recent changes; they may be partially working, but I don't think they're for Bookmarked discussions yet.

    No, I mean getting an email when someone replies to a post, or adds comment to a thread type thing....

    I believe "Bookmarks" are what would be considered subscriptions to discussions in Vanilla. So what Lincoln said is probably correct.
