Did it show up in your member's spam folder? If not, then does qq.com provide SMTP connection info? If so, check the "use an SMTP server to send email" box, fill in the SMTP connection info… (View Post)2 -

If you click the delete button for the System user and delete the account, the System user will not get deleted. It is not possible to delete the System user from either the dashboard or front end. (View Post)7 -
