Using the wordpress plugin to display posts from the forum in the widgets-panel of the blog.

Edit: After experimenting with the embed addon, I decided to drop the idea, because it was giving me some headaches (full page loads within the frame, for example when hitting the back button of the wordpress login page.

So in the end I simply used the same header, navigation and css styles that appear in the blog pages to make the transition look seamless. For a while I got the same result with the embed addon... found it quite OK, apart from those minor frame issues.
