Need help, people ... I already have a question2answer website and and I have installed a vanilla forum too. As you know that there is an embed plugin at vanilla forum that enables embedding the installed Vanilla forum into a remote web application.
A javascript code has been given to embed and it says 'Copy and paste this forum embed code into the remote application where you would like the forum to appear' .. My question is where to put that code on my question2answer website so that the vanilla forum gets embedded ? Do I need to make a new plugin for it ?
i made a new theme based on the embed-friendly theme. i'd upload a version of it to the vanilla site for everyone to use but the code is sloppy and im embarassed. maybe one day ill spend time cleaning up the CSS and cleaning up the views file code (i didnt know how to do some stuff so I cheated) and upload it for all.
it shrinks down to fit narrow spaces pretty well I think

Nicely done! Love the thumbs up/down and clean look. Where to find that theme you used? Also, which add-ons would you recommend?
Cheers - S
yes be that as it may you are commenting on a theme that is on an insecure version of vanilla.
the ones in the add-ons section.
this is a necropost of themes that worked in vanilla 2.0.18.x and 2.0.17.x
half of the links don't even go to forums.

I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.
Built an I.T forum and it's great using vanilla. I love it.
