search for 'prerelease' and you should find a link. it has an install/upgrade script as part of the package. No major bugs that we know about but that's not to say there isnt any.
I would recommend snagging the latest SVN snapshot over a prerelease version as it's probably the most current. There were a few bugs with the prerelease which are now cleaned up in the latest SVN.
