    Well I saw the black model in a store today, and I thought it was really crappy looking. Just looked extremely cheap. Not impressed at all. Unfortunately my SuperDrive doesn't handle CDs/DVDs with any kind of scratches very well, so I might have to take it in to be fixed. :(

    i still reckon that the black one is so cheap and so retro looking, it's almost gone round the other side again and almost come out looking 2 thumbs fresh. {almost!}

    I'd rather have the white one. If I'm going to spend that much money I'd want to be positive that it isn't as cheap looking as they say.

    Yeah. I just bumped it another $5 cos my first donation is looking a bit paltry. Funny cos I've never actually used Vanilla anywhere. But I'm happy to pay for the pleasure of just browsing this forum several times a day. Bless.
