punBB conversions?

Does anyone know a punbb converter to Vanilla? I've read about it on the forums here, but haven't found any code yet. Actually I want to convert from SMF to punBB, but I have found a working smf->punbb converter so i'll try from punbb->vanilla... OK so if I got this right:

1. Install Vanilla 1.x
2. Run the punbb-to-vanilla migration tool
3. Run the Vanilla 1 to Vanilla 2 Upgrade
4. Do some tweaks that tsabat posted in that other thread
