That query is not a slow query. The reason why it's slow is that the database is overloaded and the queries are stacking up. With that query you have the one of the following problems:
You have a bad neighbour on your database server that's overloading it.
Your host doesn't give you enough resources on your database server to handle the forum.
Forums take more resources than blogs. That's just math. Just because your blog is fine it doesn't mean your forum is fine.
Thanks, I called it slow query since this is the name of the file used by bluehost. After disabling autosave and enabling the consolidate plugin, it works better.
