I'm sorry
I have learned from my mistakes and will only contribute to the wiki with things I'm absolutely sure about. I'm sorry for the trouble.

@ilovetech, thank you for your interest in Vanilla, for welcoming others to this community, and your attempts to help others in this community. I respect your action here as I hope other members will as well because it is the right thing to do.
To everyone in this Vanilla Forums community, it's alright if you don't understand something about Vanilla as long as you politely try to get the help you need. Obviously, not every member might understand what users of Vanilla are looking for when it comes to contributions as much as long time members of this community. Leaving polite responses, such as "thank you for the help and it works" and "you're welcome" will mean a lot to the person helping you as well as the other way around instead of sarcastic remarks.
Everyone should not expect others to know the solutions to often asked questions and how to use these support forums. From one perspective, an issue might not mean anything at all, and that issue might be very important from another perspective.
Veteran members, if any other member is clearly trying their best to get the help they need and to support this community, but is doing so in the wrong way, please show them to the right way to do what it is they are doing professionally and patiently await for a response if needed.
If any member ignores the steps to doing something for Vanilla, the only thing one has to do is stop replying to their comments or post a reply with thoughts not of the person, but of the situation politely. New articles on the unofficial wiki that are not up to standards should be handled professionally.
It is important to understand that many members here are not experienced with web development, web design, and computers. Additionally, it is not the member's fault for leaving out important details as they did not know about what to include in the first place.
Pushing people out of this community will hurt their feelings and they will lose their interest in Vanilla, and when a Vanilla user is lost, they will never come back, so it is important to give them a chance to learn from their mistakes, so that they may give back in a better way. There are many more important things to worry about.
All these problems are small compared to the bigger picture that is Vanilla Forums. Let's keep discussions with questions about Vanilla Forums on the topic of Vanilla Forums and ask ourselves "how can we be better, so that we can give back to this community around us?"

I think people here bend over backwards to help people who come in with questions. If someone knows the answer they generally share it.
Many people come though here and they vary in their intention . There are those who only come here to get solutions for themselves and never come back until they need more help solving a problem.
There are those who give back to the community with their time, and contributions . Without those people who actually have the answers the forum would be silent and not many questions would be answered.
Everyone here starts out treating people the same cordial way and continue based on the persons behavior. Not sure about others but I expect a certain level of maturity here.
I do not think this forum is a nursery. People are responsible for what they post and how they behave. They need to accept and understand the consequences of what they do.
If what they do severely irritates more than one person, then they should look at their own actions and correct them in a mature non drama filled way. Otherwise it looks as though they just want attention.
If they have been kindly instructed how to go about doing something and ignore it , they are at fault not those who tried correcting them.
If a person can't handle being corrected and takes it as a personal attack, it is not the fault if those trying to help them do better.
People need to be accountable for what they do and think before they do.
I dislike dealing with childish stubborn lazy people . I have better things to do as I am sure every one else.
This forum is for the purpose of technical support and it is not a place for having or not having feelings.
The information is neutral . If somebody gets corrected they should just say thanks and learn from the experience and not repeat the same thing again.
Saying sorry is just words that are overused. The only redemption is to become better. To do better and to show some effort while doing so.
I have had enough of this drama so I am taking some time off .
Keep the porch light on.

It's odd that we've circled around to the wiki on this. Since it really had nothing to do with the wiki. Just a series of posts on this site which were nonsense, disruptive or downright inflammatory. I'm with V on this one, if you want to cater to the lowest common denominator, ok, you have that right.
I had taken a bunch of time off from this site, because of the petty shenanigans that was going on here. I just returned a few days ago to see if anyone had any issues or requests related to my plugins and some of the first content I read was completely inaccurate backwards non-sense. All of this worthless content was originating from a single user, and so I spoke up.
I'll be receding back into the darkness after I complete the project I'm on (hopefully tonight). You can carry on about your business as you see fit.

@ilovetech Would you mind tell us how old you are?
Nope. I'm not telling strangers.
@Lincoln I thought about it... Although I'm not telling you in PM or discussion. Email me and I will tell you
That was really all the information I was looking for; we can infer your approximate age from that.
Folks, we're dealing with a young kid, not a troll or someone being malicious or willfully obtuse. Please respond accordingly from now on.
