Well, it might as well be spam—while Tip4Commit is very real, they only pay out once you've reached a balance of at least 0.001 Ƀ (~45 cents USD).

I've been getting mails from them as well, yes. The entire Tip4Commit codebase is available on GitHub so it seems pretty legit. I'm still in the Grey Zone though.
