Time out error

My members are getting time out errors. I have never got that problem. Error logging on the server told the hosting company that it's in the software. I haven't changed anything but it's happening a lot for members. How do I try to identify the problem and fix it? www.busgreasemonkey.com is the domain. Any help would be…

I just moved it to bluehost for a test. It seems stable there. I have not been able to recreate the error on that server.
