Change language.

I need to change my forum language with Unicode text. im using timely skin and someone tell me how to change forum display language. not typing language.

Display language is set via a locale pack. You can find them here: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/browse/locales/recent/2/

You put them in the /locales folder then activate them via the dashboard.

For me, nothing is translated. I downloaded English. Plugin set, I check to NL nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Whenever you are doing something with language files, it is a good idea to delete all *.ini files in /cache
