    yes , the feature comparison is a tad of a bit misleading as far as requiring Apache, hence, my suggestion.

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    I did see there is a plugin called "DiscussionPrefix", but it hasn't been updated in over 4 years so I'm not sure that will work.
