Hi there! I am thinking of migration my forum from phpBB to vanilla. Will I be able to use a free open source version and shared php hosting? Are there plugins to login using google and linkedIn IDs?

@Linc @DaazKu the version of the porter in the addon section seems to be a year old. Should it be synchronized with the Github version?

And lastly a tool to enable you to log in with LinkedIn and Google, (which does need a slight update for Vanilla 2.3).

I'd recommend creating a test Vanilla forum, try if the importing and such works well, check back here if the one all social login plugin is updated, and if everything goes smoothly move for real.

@Caylus we should probably do a release, yes.
There is some new stuff but no much TBH. Using the released version will work perfectly for the most common forums.
