What do you think is better? Removing or Banning users?
I think I would like Banning users if they did something wrong more because it prevents them from re-registering using the same username / email but I want to hear from you guys

Banning leaves a record of IP, email, and username for future reference.

@hbf So, if there was a guy on your forum posting about illegal things in your off-topic section and violating your policies, would you remove or ban?
i'd report you to whatever authorities i could to give you as much legal trouble as i could. I'd even go to court to testify against you. your posts would not be visible, but i would maintain record to make sure i had as much evidence against you as humanly possible...
