are you using the resolved plugin? try disabling it. see if it fixes problem. then if it does enable the plugin from the dashboard (NOT by changing config statement). (View Post)1 -

announcements can be re-ordered by date of last comment. or if no comments (insertion date of discussion). You can always create a new announcement and delete the old one to cause it to rise to the t… (View Post)3
