I made some red ones too , anyway I got making the hockey mask smiling , that could work for "crazy" lol

That spawned an idea of a whole new twist, reaction masks !! they would go on the avatar just like you did, you could use the glasses for smart and other items that could be used like the crown etc. anyway just a "crazy" thought

But user pics are very different i'd say. But crazy circles or something or frames could work with transparent PNGs.

Yea that is true it is logistically not possible due to all the variables. The frame idea does appeal to me . "You've been Framed" could be the reaction message lol

Although if everyone used avatars that were not skewed left or right but facing straight forward it could be done. Maybe something like sims.

or 500 lol's - put a court jester cap over their image.
or 500 wow's put a halo of stars over their image. etc. all ckinds of fun and nonsense.
and if you had lots of abuses - put a prison cap over their image

How did you do it mate? making overlaying giffs and all?

well it is just layers , a gif is a bunch of layers you just put them together with any program like graphic converter or any gif maker , even online editors have this available.

Then use the avatar image as static background.

I like the concept of a gif overlay, provided it doesn't loop. Got any suggestions for good free animated gif makers that you actually use.
