It appears to not be an all or nothing issue.. which is even more confusing. I've had a couple users mention the issue, but others are able to post just fine.
I'm completely unable to do anything, it seems that any request that is using ajax is failing for me right now. I can't even enable/disable plugins.

recaptcha key set, turned off email confirmation to make it easier for those who are assisting.
I woke up this morning and alt least a handful of users are not having this issue... but i still am. using chrome on desktop.

Do you load js libs via CDNs?

everything is served off the same single host. I've cleared browser cache a few times but not today - i'll do it again.
